Guidelines

• Email submitted for distribution needs approval of the Vice President (or designee) of the area from which the e-mail is being sent.
• The respective Vice President (or designee), not Information Technology, is responsible for the content of the e-mail. Information Technology will not edit e-mail submitted for distribution.
• E-mail submitted for distribution must be submitted to Information Technology for distribution a minimum of twelve hours prior to the e-mail being distributed. E-mails will be distributed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Monday thru Friday.
• E-mail is a great method of communication but we need to be considerate of others. We all receive too many e-mails. If it is not necessary don't send it.
