Per Diem Security Officers
Saint Joseph's College of Maine is seeking Per Diem Security Officers. Security Officers provide for the protection and safety of the students, employees and property of the College by performing routine and emergency security duties in accordance with College policies and regulations. Previous security or emergency service experience preferred and experience within a college setting is desirable. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and previous security, law enforcement and/ or dispatch experience. Candidates must be certified or capable of being certified, at the level of First Responder or higher and must maintain this certification. Preference will be given to those applicants possessing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience. Applicants must be willing to support the mission and core values of Saint Joseph’s College.
